With over 20 years of experience in corporate/non-profit/political fundraising/campaign strategy for the medical community, NGO’s governmental, political appointees and consulting field, she shares a deep dedication to the philanthropic communities throughout the world.

Kim is the Principal of Kimetics Solutions LLC. She is called the Fundraiser Expert and has a reputation for affordable results while maximizing fundraising success. She specializes in developing solutions for fundraising, campaign management and branding strategies and tactics.

Kim’s executive interests and experience have allowed her to serve on the committee for the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders as advisor and participant for President Barack Obama’s 2014 U. S. Africa Leader Summit. She has served as a volunteer fundraiser consultant and on the Executive Board for Black Girls Vote. A former member of the Baltimore City Women’s Commission. Serving over six years as the chair of SWRYA girls mentoring program within Zion Baptist Church. She is also the Founder of the Women’s
Platform.

Kim is married to her soulmate Moustapha Ndiaye, has one daughter, one dog, one cat and is a mentor to many. She is avid swimmer and piano player.
