Described as a natural-born leader, Michelle Rhoney is a catalyst for growth within higher education, government, and healthcare sectors. With a passion for providing organizations with creative human resource solutions that bring results, Michelle’s 26 years of experience as an SHRM-SCP encompasses policy design, project management, labor negotiations, conflict resolution, training and development, and talent recruitment and selection. In July 2021, Michelle has added published author to her Bio. (The Color of Pretty) With roots planted in “The Greatest City in America,” Michelle can be found volunteering her time throughout her hometown of Baltimore. She serves as the human resource professional board member for Mi-Casa Su- Casa Behavior Health Services and acts as a mentor and coach through the Girls’ Empowerment Mission Program (GEM).

Her message to McCleary Foundation, aspiring donators, and volunteers:

“I am excited to be a part of the McCleary Foundation from its inception; I look forward to helping and servicing women, men, youth, and particularly our veterans in Baltimore.
