Nicole Webb
Chairperson
Nicole K. Webb, MBA, SHRM-CP is a human resources educator at the University of Baltimore, as well as a seasoned and respected human resources professional. Her experience and previous roles include Recruitment Specialist, Equal Employment Opportunity Training and Diversity Specialist, Human Resources Client Partner, Human Resources Compliance Officer, Deputy Director of Equal Employment Opportunity and currently Executive Director of Equal Employment Opportunity.
Webb has served as a Forbes Coaches Council member, contributing writer for Black Enterprise Magazine, and her expert advice has been featured in Forbes, TV One, Dice, and Millennial Magazine.
Her message to McCleary Foundation, aspiring donators, and volunteers:
“I am honored to participate as a Board Member of the McCleary Foundation. The founders, Mr. and Mrs. McCleary, are vested in providing resources to Baltimore veterans, women, and youth.
