Veteran Protesting

Promised So Much...
Yet Awarded So Little

Our veterans who risked their lives to serve and protect our beloved country…

have given so much to our country, and it’s our duty to give back to them.

Nearly 1 in 4 Maryland Veterans
are Living in Financial Hardship

AND WE BELIEVE THIS SHOULDN’T BE HAPPENING!

Yet more and more veterans are having a hard time transitioning from
their military life to civilian life facing these challenges:

Veteran and Woman

Mental Health Challenge

Many veterans experience post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other mental health issues as a result of their service.
These conditions can make it difficult to adjust to civilian life and can lead to depression, anxiety, and other challenges.

Employment difficulties

They may have difficulty translating their military skills to civilian job opportunities or may struggle with physical disabilities that limit their job options.

Homelessness

Unfortunately, veterans are also at an increased risk of homelessness. They may struggle to find affordable housing or may face challenges related to mental health or addiction.

We Believe that our
Veterans Should NEVER
be sleeping in a Bench...

many veterans struggle with homelessness and find themselves without a place to call home. This is a tragedy that should never be allowed to happen.

Our veterans deserve better, and that’s why we’re committed to providing housing support to those who need it most.
